Sharing your difficulties with a therapist can help with life’s painful challenges. Working together, I aim to help you make sense of your current situation in the here and now. My working style is naturally warm, accepting and non-judgemental. At the heart of my work lies connection, compassion, professional curiosity and integrity. Through our sessions and your ongoing commitment to develop self-awareness and practice new skills, meaningful change and transformation is possible.

I am committed to delivering a culturally sensitive practice and I have experience in bringing culture and faith into therapy in a way that is meaningful to my clients. I engage with clients from a range of backgrounds and I aim to offer an experience that helps you to tap into your unique strengths, develop coping skills and embark on a journey towards an authentic and fulfilling life.

I work on short, medium and long-term basis depending on your needs. At our initial meeting, we will explore what brings you to therapy, what you hope to achieve from the sessions and what you would like to change. Based on this, we will agree on the number of sessions usually 6-8weeks with a midway review. No two sessions are the same as we explore your background, historical patterns and past experiences. Bringing these into the here and now we will analyse how they are impacting your life presently and ultimately how therapy can bring a lasting difference.
